I purchased 2 custom pbn's and have not yet started, still finishing another. I just love these custom ones as they make fabulous presents. I have done many (over 30 over the years) and this site is the best! Having now learnt alot, I tend to order the smallest canvas and the largest number of colours as this makes the finished product so realistic. No complaints so far about this company!! Thanks so much and I will post photos when finished.

Bought as a gift for a friends wedding present. It looks great and like it’s very good quality. I’ve done a couple myself for display around the house and they are always fun and challenging to do.

Never received my order. I tried to contact customer service for solutions and all I got is the email contact of the carrier from China to contact myself and that’s it. I sent email to the contact they gave and didn't receive any reply so not sure if that’s a legit email either. So I lost my money and receive no support from them.

Arrived in good time looked amazing.

Will never purchase from them again. Me and my partner paid $110 for a personalised paint by numbers and because of his darker skin their system completely messed up the entire picture. When contacting customer service they told me I was unable to get a refund due to it being personalised but they would be able to send me another colour to match his skin but as you can see by the pictures it would not work. It’s disgusting to think I paid so much money for something that’s collecting dust in my cupboard. A warning don’t order a personalised picture from this sight if a skin tone is dark because the systems they use don’t work. Completely offended.

I was very excited to get the custom painting for my friend who recently lost her husband. I did this particular paining because it was a picture of her husbands character in an online game she played with him and his friends in the guild. She was over-whelmed by the painting.

I really enjoy all my purchases from Australian Paint by Numbers and this new one is very special as it is a personal photo that I'm now doing as a painting... not finished yet so I can't post a picture, but every single one I have purchased has been really great.

I would recommend making your next painting not only unique but a wonderful visual memory of your holiday. I uploaded one of my favourite photos from my trip to Portugal. I recommend you look at choosing 36colours for your painting as it gives the painting greater definition and depth. Loved the results.

I’ve done 24 paintings so far but never able to crack it for a bargain as I only do paintings of family & friends animals mostly. Started doing PBN during COVID & enjoy it very much & recipients of my work always love it. Always used your company except maybe for a couple of early generics I did & always had great correspondence with you as necessary.

I was skeptical at first but after completing about half of the painting I was amazed at the accuracy of the finishing work. If there were more than 5 stars I would select them. Top product.

I was very pleased with end result. I did have to lighten up some of the skin colours as they were too dark however the likeness is exceptional and I really enjoyed doing the project it's a wonderful mindfulness craft to do.

I am very happy with the personalised Paint by Numbers. I havent commenced work on it yet however l'm sure it will come out perfectly.

As a lover of woodland and mouse stories as a child I wanted these big prints of an old story book I had. The custom print allowed me to get the outline and to fill in the exact detail myself. Love the great quality canvas and paints. I love the finished product. It is a really satisfying hobby. One suggestion I would make is that where the numbers are really small and hard to read that that particular part of the picture is blown up on a piece of paper so that the numbers can be seen.

I really enjoyed painting this, it is a gift for my friend who has a very old adorable pet cat called Mooty.

I remember when I painted it, the canvas and paint supplied, compared equally to another company I use. It would be helpful to attach photo of the painted image so I can give a complete review

Up to my 5th custom paint now. Each one has turned out very well. I always do a photo in black and white hues and order 48 colours. I did a coloured one and it wasn’t that good. Perhaps the original image wasn’t high definition. But A pleasant and relaxing pastime with a lovely painting at the end.

My purchase was actually for friends to give to their 2 children and 5 grandchildren. The paintings are for them to do of pictures taken of thei beloved dogs. Our friends were impressed with the ones i had painted. They were very pleased with the package.

I sent a photo in and the canvas and paints I got back matched exactly. I am sooo happy with the result.

Thank you for my customised paint by numbers. This was a photo of my Grand daughter that I am painting to give to her this Christmas so she will remember Nanna for the rest of her life. I have always loved to paint and find this new medium quite easy.

I had a painting I wanted in mind so was able to find a photo and send it off and got my custom paint by numbers result so quickly. I haven't painted it yet, but the little I have done looks great. Some of the numbers on the painting were a bit tiny even with a magnifying tool though.

Very happy! Ordered a custom paint by numbers of an image where i had photoshopped several photos together of my mum and my kids. Within 5 hours of ordering I received notification that it had been processed. I was then very worried when the tracking showed it was coming from China, however it arrived to Australia in 13 days so I was very happy! The packaging was gorgeous! Be aware that the level of detail is incredible, almost impossible, on the 36 colour option... so the kids and I used the assigned colours and just did blotches for the trees and grass. But otherwise painting the horses and people as per the guide was surprisingly easy and the finished product looks incredible. It was a 60th bday present for my mum and she thought it was amazing! I absolutely recommend this product!
