Everything arrived as described in a timely manner. The paints are creamy though the light colours require a second coat to cover the numbers. I would have given five stars however I was disappointed that the instructions on the back of the box advise that the canvas should be ironed to remove any creases. Mine had a couple of small creases so I ironed it on the silk/wool setting and that was too high. This caused two ripples on a quarter of my canvas. It would have been better not to iron it.
